REAR PROJECTION ASSEMBLY SCREEN
Mount a 2’ by 2’ piece of rear projection screen in the hoop, dull side up, make ii as tight as possible
Take apart the filter holder and use the bottom ring with four holes. Prime and paint flat black one side, let dry. On the non painted side of the holder coat the outer half with super glue. Press the holder super glue side, straight down into the screen on the hoop, do not move around. Let this set over night.
When this has set over night cut out along the filter holder outer edge, with a single edge razor blade.
This is what it will look like when done.
Make a bend in one leg of the four mirror clips, Mount the clips in the four holes on the filter holder, mount on the under non painted screen side, use *6-32 1/2 screws. Set this aside for now.
* Mount screws with washer on head side and washer, lock washer and nut on other.
